Refund and Returns Policy

The following is the refund policy for our sneakers, clothing and accessories store:

1. Non acceptance of returns.
Due to the fact that we are a growing business, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. All purchases are considered final, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.

2. Defective products or shipping errors.
If you receive a damaged or defective product or if there is a shipping error, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt of your order. To do so, please provide photographs or evidence to support your claim. Once the situation has been evaluated, if the problem is confirmed, we will proceed to offer one of the following options (at the store’s discretion):

– Partial or full refund.
– Exchange for the same product.
– Store credit.

3. Contact procedure.
To report a defective product or shipping error follow these steps:

– Send an email to contact@jsneaker.com with the subject line “Claim – Defective Product/Shipping Error”.
– Include in the body of the email your full name, order number and detailed description of the problem.
– Attach photographs and clear evidence of the defective product or shipping error.
– Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with a solution or request for additional information.
